As you may have noticed, the home page now features some superb trail running photography from Mike Tittel. One photo (out of 9 total) is loaded randomly any time you visit the home page. You can refresh the page to load another. I don't know about you, but I love photographs of trail runners in cool landscapes -- it's often just as inspiring as reading an article on the subject. Anyway, take a look, and if you'd like to see more of Mike's amazing adventure sports photography, I highly recommend visiting: http://www.miketittel.com/

I've also added a new article by ultrarunner Cathy Tibbetts on preventing blisters. Cathy was the top female finisher at the Lean Horse Ultra in 2005 and 2006. Here is the article: http://www.backcountryrunner.com/articles/blister-free-running.phtml

I love the photos... good feature.

I just joined and I'm very impressed with the quality and design of your site. I hope to see it succeed, and I'd like to do what I can to help promote it.

I think... when I registered, the site only allowed me to choose Canada or United States as my location. I'm an American citizen and consider California my home, but I'm currently living in Tomsk, Siberia, Russia. (No, sadly, the trail running here is not so great.)

Best wishes, and I'll see you around here.

I like the article about blisters, informative and short. The link to Cathy's site is nice, you can get more info if you want.
