Ultra calendar... finally have a good solution for what was "The Ultramarathon Store"

I finally found a permanent home for the ultra calendars that were once "The Ultramarathon Store" calendars. I have been too busy to update the dates, so I removed them. I am going to add the months each race is held in as soon as I have time. The new address is here:
