Hello,
I thought I would post about this Movie that will be released in May. It's the story of America’s first mountain endurance/adventure race, which took place in Bellingham, Washington told in a docudrama style with recreated dramatizations staring William B. Davis (X-Files, Smoking man).
Just thought it would be of interest to the group..

The Mountain Runners movie needs your help. There are only 16 days left for you to become part of The Mountain Runners history.

It all started here. The Mountain Runners is the story of America’s first mountain endurance/adventure race, which took place in Bellingham, Washington. First run in 1911, the grueling 28 to 32 mile race to the glacial summit of Mount Baker and back lasted only three years due to its intrepid dangers. Told in a docudrama style, the film incorporates vintage images, historic film, visual graphics and 3D effects, and recreated dramatizations staring William B. Davis (X-Files, Smoking man).

The film has been screened to audiences and is in the final stages, needing funds for editing, color correction, mastering, licensing, distribution, promotion and merchandising for the scheduled release date of May 2012.
