handheld GPS, best value?

Hey, I'm going on an adventure trip to Puerto Rico with my wife. We want to get a hand held GPS but dont want to break the bank, can anyone recommend a good GPS that has these features:
-topography
-Altimeter
-digital compas
-waterproof
-30hr battery
-under $200 (amazon/ebay/used)
