Orthotics

On recommendation of a street marathon runner, I am going to try a pair of Walkfit orthotics, http://www.walkfit.com/ .

They are marketed in a funny way but they are only $20 at Target and buddy says they last a long time. They come with three sizes (low, med, high) of arch insert.

Anybody else have experience with these?
