The Sappony 5K Trail Run is not your normal 5K and will challenge even a seasoned runner.
The trail run winds its way through the scenic, rolling terrian along Mayo Lake in Person County, North Carolina. Along narrow, tree root crossed trails, open fields, and steeply shaped hillsides, this challenging course is like no other and guaranteed to bring you back.
