Hey up( local speak for hi)

I am an off road runner from the uk. I have been reading about the US Trail Ultra scene recently and thought it could be cool to compare notes etc.

Cheers

Hey matey,
Welcome to the site, great little little place this! I class myself as a kiwi now as I have been in NZ for nearly 7yrs, but I am originally from Stratford Upon Avon. Some great trails to run in the UK ay! Cheers, see you around the forum J.

The pic, is near the priest hole in the Lakes.

I live in the burbs of Derby, pleasant rolling hills but anything more rugged its the a drive to the Peak District.

Looks like you are 'living the life ' out in NZ. Jealous, me? yes!

Nice photos, looks like you geto to run around some great terrain! You have a cool little running partner as well ;-)
Yeah, I'm loving NZ. Have been here just over 7yrs now so I view myself as a kiwi now rather than British. Where I live is a mecca for training, we're right up in the hills. Check out this photo, this is where's known as the Port Hills and where most of the cyclists, trail runners and Ironman guys do a lot of their training. Beautiful, rolling hills and plenty of challenges to hammer your legs into submission!

Plenty of other pics up on my site & blog, it's well worth a holiday over here if you have the money and at least a month off work!
