Haven't ran in a few months because of injuries and other excuses, but got re-motivated and focused by a very interesting documentary "Defining Moment" on an Irish ultra runner called John O'Regan,
He won the Yukon Arctic Ultra and the Inca trail Marathon and has ran races all over the world including the Spartathlon which is in the story. He is running in the world 100km, in Italy, on the Irish team this month and is presently the Irish 24 hour race champion.
A really interesting honest guy. Has anyone else seen it or heard anything about him before? |
