Hi. When I was training for my first marathon, I was recommended expensive sneakers, but they tore almost immediately. For the second marathon, I had already read the reviews and found these inexpensive sneakers and ordered two pairs https://gym-expert.com/best-running-shoes-under-50/. I do totally not agree that only expensive shoes are good. |

To me it's not about the price or the type of shoe, it's what works for you. My favorite trail shoes are what are considered trail racing shoes (Hoka Tecton X) but I'm not a fast runner. Really just what fits the unique shape of your foot. WHIW, I did try out one of the "super shoes" last year, the Asics Meta Speed Sky, and really liked it |
