Lou's Grand Slam 5K is a fun trail run and walk on the trails of Beautiful Gifford Pinchot Park. Join us Saturday, August 17, 2013. 5K run starts at 9 AM followed by a 1 mile fun run/walk for family and kids at 10 AM. Proceeds for the event will go to the ALS Society to help fight Lou Gehrig's disease. Get pumped for an fun race perfect for friends & family. The cost is $30 for pre-registration and $35 for at the event registration. T-shirts will be given to all pre-paid participants.
