The San Pasqual Trail winds through orange groves and other farms on a mix of single and double track trail. The trail eventually rises 356 feet winding over Cougar Mountain offering sweeping views of the valley Runners will glide down the opposite side of Cougar Mountain exiting at Puma Pass and continuing on flat trail for another mile before getting to the final aid station and turn-around point.
