2nd Annual Press Forward 5K Trail Run
8:00 am, May 20 2017. Suitable for all ages.
Followed by a kids fun run for ages 3-8.
Registration fee for 5K is $25 and includes a free t-shirt for the first 100 runners.
All proceeds will fund a week-long summer camp for the LDS Rock Hill Young Women. This camp will provide an opportunity for them to learn traditional camping, survival skills, and basic first aid, in addition to opportunities for spiritual experiences.

Packet pick-up is May 19, 4-8 pm, at the LDS chapel at 161 Eustace Rd, Stafford, VA.
Race location is near George Washington's Childhood Home, multiple Civil War battlefields, and Washington D.C.. The Appalachian Trail is also just a couple of hours away.
