Trail Races in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We would love to welcome Trail Runners to Western North Carolina. Escape the HEAT in our woods, mountain laurel tunnels, 4 knee deep river crossings, rocks, roots, challenging hills, views, and 2 miles beside the river. This is a great race to bring a group. www.mitchellraces.com We are between Boone and Asheville. This is our 10th year and have over 600 runners each year.
