The Phlox Run

The Phlox Run is an unique trail race that runs on the Grand Valley Trails, single track trail, a small part of rail trail, with only 300m of road. It's called the Phlox Run because of the beautiful phlox flower that covers the running routes. At times, you will feel like you are running in a sea of purple. It has a bit of everything, hills, rocks, grass...and can be challenging. The beauty of it..and the challenge of it, is what brings everyone back year after year.
