Hey everyone! I just joined this forum, and am looking for some serious help. I am currently training for some different races and during my runs I noticed some pain and discomfort in my left foot. The pain it about level with my arch but on the opposite side of the foot. I have no idea what could be causing this pain, but I don't think its just going away. I tried ignoring it but it just doesn't go away. The pain usually comes about two miles into training. Also I usually never have the pain unless I run. Any suggestions as to what this could be would be helpful, thanks!

Metatarsalgia or Morton’s Neuroma. Google self massage for both. Heat the foot first. Then ice it.
