Qualifying me for the Darwin awards I left an ice pack on the ball of my foot a little too long and have a minor ice burn. I’m 3 weeks out from a 50K. I’m looking for taping recommendations. I was able to tape it and run 6 yesterday but it started to burn so I stopped.
Anyone else every do this bonehead rookie mistake? How long to heal?
Also, what brand/type tape is best for taping? Any other suggestions?
