My friend suggested this idea so I thought I might ask you guys.

I am fairly new to trail running but I happen to know and can get into contact with some pretty experienced trail runners, including 50 and 100 milers, through some mutual friends. Some of the runners have shown improvement in their performance year after year in the races they compete in. Based on this, my friend suggested that I try and interview them about their training habits, nutrition, pre-race prep, etc, etc. that has led to their improved race performance because other runners would want to hear about it. Do you think this is something you guys(and gals) and other trail runners would be interested in hearing about?
This was sort of a drunken conversation but now thinking about it, it doesn't seem like such a bad idea.
