Hi guys,
Just a heads up that my brand new, revamped website is now up and running. Heaps of stuff on there, even an an endorsement from Mr. Dean Karnazes himself... plus following on from last year I have just confirmed another interview with 2 x Ironman World Champion Chrissie Wellington. This will be straight after Kona, so stay tuned! She's on a roll, recently setting a new WR in Roth and regularly running 2.54 marathons (don't forget that's after a 3.8km swim and 180km bike)!
