What hydration systems have worked for you, if you're a super small runner (I'm 5' and 100lbs)? I'm not opposed to anything at this point except carrying the normal sized water bottles :) Thanks! |

Try the UltraSpire Surge. I've used mine for the past 4 months and really like the fit and function. I'm 5'6" and 140lbs. A friend is 5"1" (or so) and really likes hers. They seem to have a broad range of adjustments. I've used various CamelBak packs in the past but wanted a "vest" type of hydration system. |

Checkout our hydration pack at www.orangemud.com. My wife is very similar to your size and we've made this pack for the very small framed person and up! |

That pack sounds cool, I'm about 135lb and 5'8" and have been using KoleGear hydration packs for the last few years. Work well for the smaller runner. I still carry a hand bottle as well on my long runs though, probably force of habit now haha. |

+1 on the UltraSpire Surge. Lots of adjustments for all size runners, lots of well thought out features, solid build quality and comfortable for those long runs. |
