I am running a 100 mile run this the first weekend in October. Previous long distance was a 50K trail run this past October. I am wondering if anyone has a nice detailed plan for training as well as any info on how much to eat and how often and strategies for the run itself. I will be the only one running the full 100 miles and will have a support vehicle and most likely pacers the entire way. Any information would be helpful!
