24 hours endurence race

my name is kobi and i am an ultra runner from israel.i have run an 80,100,130,160,212, km ultra races.i am looking for tips for a 24 hours endurence race.in that race we will run a loop of 3/4 km for 24 hours.the loop in in a field whice is mostly flat.i have 2 month to preper .

Plan everything...fluid intake, electrolytes, food, blister repair, clothing...everything. Do it all on a schedule. Plan a walk/run schedule. Very few runners run 24 hours straight. You have a lot of experience, but plan the schedule anyway. It will help you pass the time with smaller segments along the way. Practice the transition between running and walking. Good luck to you.

thanks about the advice.i feel that the places when i stop can take to long and i will lose time at the brakes.do you have any advice about the training ?
