I'm doing my first 25K trail race on Saturday, Bandera Texas. I normally do Tri's, Du's and other running events 5k, 10k, Half Marathons... Only on long training runs, 10+ miles, do I wear a waist belt that carries one water bottle and a pocket for GUs and a PowerBar.
For this 25K:
Do you think I'd need anything more then the waist belt?
Should I carry a hand held bottle?
A four bottle fuel belt?
A race vest?
There are aid stations so I'm guessing if I drank all my water I could refill.
Has anyone run the Bandera Race?
Is anyone else going to be at Bandera?
