My boyfriend is training for and planning to run his first 50 mile ultra in the fall. What tips can you give me for support during training and the actual race? What did you need and/or want? I'm thinking of water stops on training runs, keeping track of him on training runs, etc, but want to do everything I can to help him achieve his goal.
