I'm really interested to know what people say to themselves to keep going and push through their own physical barriers.
I would love to hear your own personal mantras or self-talk that have carried you over the finish line!
To share my own personal experience; I completed an Ironman last year. To keep going I would tell myself, "You have trained hard for this - keep going". Or, "with every step you're getting stronger" < a bit cheesy I know!
