This race spans across 100 miles of the Ouachita National Forest. The first 6 miles begin on the Ouachita National Recreation Trail, and then lead runners into the beautiful wild forest regions. Runners are encouraged to make a weekend of the event and stay at the nearby Lake Sylvia campground, which is where the spaghetti dinner and pancake breakfast will take place.
