For those of you that think a 50K just doesn't trip your trigger, well we have what you need. How about a double out and back to get your heart racing. This Epic journey will test the faithful runner from start to finish. Come get two scoops of "Rocks".

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Elk River Hiking Trail. Accurately measured forest trail winding through unique limestone bluffs, rock formations & picturesque vistas. Mostly single-track, double out & back, very rocky, no long hills.
AID STATIONS:
19 Aid Stations; 11 fully-stocked with water, electrolyte drink & snack-type foods, including soup and sandwiches; 8 aid stations water only. Approximate distance between aid stations is 3.5 miles with no distance greater than 4 miles between aid stations.
