The 100K, 100 mile (solo and relay), and 38 mile events will all be run on the historic Ice Age National Scenic Trail, which winds through beautiful forests, bogs, and prairie land. The rollercoaster hills on the 100 mile course will amount to over 12,000 feet of elevation gain.
