The River Valley Run 10k features 10 kilometers of off-road terrain ranging from groomed trails, open fields and rock-covered landscapes. Runners will climb their way up the rolling hills overlooking the scenic Western Town. Wooded trails will lead up RVR's infamous "Dead Man's Hill" where athletes will face this short but intense challenge. From there, the course descends to the Gunpowder River where racers will splash their way across to the much anticipated flat finishing stretch.
