This is a 7 mile Trail Run along the Yellow Trail (with a bit of Green and Black thrown in) at Gambrill Park in Frederick, MD. Beautiful and challenging for the experienced runner, but not so difficult that a runner new to trails will be overwhelmed. Prizes to the top 3 male and female runners as well as by age-group.
